As a physical therapist, I specialize in movement dysfunction. This can occur from an injury, pain, disability, pregnancy, giving birth, or the change in routine when caring for babies and young children. You will be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist. Treatments are always individualized to what you need. They often include manual therapy, soft tissue and joint mobilization, cranial and sacral techniques, myofascial release, exercise prescription, and education that will restore proper movement patterns and enable you to return to work and recreation.
